We are looking for a HR Advisor to hit the ground running to support with a variety of Employee Relation casework.
You will be joining at an exciting time when we are moving the function forward with key projects including systems projects and the roll out of new processes and practices. It’s a time where ideas and contributions from all team members is key to our collaborative success.
The role will work within our central HR function which administers the whole employee lifecycle process covering; resourcing, learning & development, pay & reward, employee relations and employee operations.
To be successful in the role, you will have:
· Operational experience of working within a HR department ideally in a school environment, supporting Line Managers
· Minimum English and Maths at GCSE level at grade C(4) or above
· CIPD qualified, or working towards
· Experience of working within a split site organisation with a central function
· Excellent communication skills
