The successful candidate will:

• Ensure that all members of the school community keep a sharp focus on the behaviour and attendance of identified groups of students
• Hold monitor and implement strategies where appropriate to raise the attendance of students across the academy
• Celebrate and reward students who make positive progress
• Develop and enhance the practice of others
• Strategically lead and oversee Refocus, ensuring its continued growth
